Get to know: Tracy & Finley

Lucy & Sam Team

Dress happy, feel happy! That's the motto of our new brand ambassadors Tracy & Finley. Choosing bright, mood boosting clothing is a sure fire way to feel good, and Tracy certainly lives by that ethos. Read on to find out more about her account, life with Finley and what she loves about Lucy & Sam.

Tell us a little bit about your account, what inspires you to create content?

My account is a celebration of my love for colour and interesting patterns - I like to share a mixture of our colourful clothes, home, family life and exciting places we visit.

How would you describe your little one?

My little guy Finley is such a chilled out soul. He’s a second child, so he kind of has to be, but from day one he has slotted into our lives perfectly. His big brother Arthur is besotted with him too.

Tell us what you love about Lucy & Sam

I love the ethos and the vibrancy of the clothes. I really try to ‘dress happy’ and find that dressing in bright colours is a genuine mood booster - especially in the Winter months! Lucy and Sam have a great selection of bright and colourful patterns that babies and toddlers can also enjoy wearing.

What choices do you make in your daily routine to live a planet-friendly lifestyle?

We use public transport for our adventures, and at home I use eco-friendly products and reusable items wherever possible (like reusable cotton wool pads). Our four year old Arthur is super into nature and animals, so i’m also constantly learning new things about nature and the planet.

I have a bit of an obsession with vintage kids clothes and @magsandmoovintage is a ray of sunshine with her fun content and colourful clothes.

Do you have any goals for 2022? If so, what are they?

My goals for 2022 are to take Finley on his first visit to the seaside, and to enjoy my last few months of maternity leave with some colourful adventures. Top of the list is the Yayoi Kusama exhibition at the Tate.
