How to order

Simply browse our online store and add any of our items into your cart. Once you click on something you like and select a size you can either checkout or continue to browsing more of our goodies available.

When you are happy with your cart you can check out, here we will ask for your details, postage option and payment type.

Delivery

Orders placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Standard delivery orders are sent by Royal mail first class and should arrive with you within 2-3 days from the dispatch date. Special delivery orders will be delivered the next day after dispatch. 

At busy times, during public holidays, please allow 7-10 days to receive your goods or use Express delivery for urgent deliveries (UK only).

Cancellation and Returns

We hope you are more than happy with your Lucy & Sam  products but if you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased via our website within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at info@lucyandsam.com or call us on 0207 498 8256 to request a refund or exchange.

Returns must be unused and in a re saleable condition, with the swing ticket still attached.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices on lucyandsam.com include UK VAT where applicable. VAT Number: 126075528

Payment

Lucy and Sam accepts Mastercard, Visa and all other debit and credit cards. On receipt of the order, the payment will be processed manually using our secure payment gateway to ensure that we have the correct items in stock. The card issuer will perform the required verification checks and only once the payment has been processed will we issue the order. In the event of a card refusal, we will not be liable for non-delivery or delay.

Privacy

We will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party.
